Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
Answer:

Hank Jr. covered many of his father's songs in the early part of his career. "I'm So Lonesome" was released on Jr.'s debut album in 1964 while Hank Sr.'s came out in 1949. "Ramblin' Man" wasn't the Allman Brothers classic but rather a Hank Sr. song from 1951 that Jr. covered in 1976.

"Honky Tonk Woman" was the perfect cover song for Hank on his "Born To Boogie" album in 1987. The original was by the Rolling Stones and their venture in country music in 1969. Similarly, "The Bluesman" was Hank's tribute to the blues music that deeply influenced his career path. The song was covered by Alan Jackson in the 1990s.

One of the biggest songs in Hank Williams Jr's catalog is "Family Tradition". On the same titled album from 1979 on the Curb Record Label, "I've Got Rights" and "I Fought The Law" appeared. The latter was a cover of the Bobby Fuller Four and later by the punk rock band, The Clash.

Some of the best songs in the discography of Hank Williams Jr. are his duets. "The Conversation" was a 1979 collaboration with Waylon Jennings. Once again covering one of his father's song, "Mind Your Own Business" saw Williams teaming up with rock legend Tom Petty and country superstars Reba McEntire and Willie Nelson.

In 1981, Hank released the album "The Pressure Is On". The album featured the essential Hank Jr tracks, "A Country Boy Can Survive" and "All My Rowdy Friends Have Settled Down". "Weatherman" was a ballad that was the eighth track on the LP.

For the wrong answers, those are songs by Johnny Cash, Conway Twitty, and George Jones. "Women I've NEVER Had" was the correct title of the Hank Williams Jr. song.
