Answer: Abraham

The Bible tells us, 'Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham.' (Galatians 3:7)
Because of Abraham's faith, God promised to bless him and his family. Jews, Christians and Muslims all view Abraham as a patriarch.

Answer: Deborah

'But Deborah Rebekah's nurse died, and she was buried beneath Bethel
under an oak: and the name of it was called Allonbachuth.' (Genesis 35:8)
In Genesis 24:59 we learn Deborah came with Rebekah. Strangely enough Deborah's death is mentioned and Rebekah's is not. Only Rebekah's burial place is mentioned in Genesis 49:31.

Answer: Andrew

In the book of John, chapter one, verse 35-40, we learn that John points out who Jesus is to his two disciples. Looking upon Jesus, Andrew immediately follows him, becoming one of the twelve disciples.

Answer: Mordecai

Mordecai, who raised Esther, overhears an assassination plot against King Xerxes, which he reports to his cousin Esther. He urges Esther to tell Xerxes. Mordecai becomes a hero for saving the King's life. (Esther 4:8) Mordecai and Esther's relationship is described in Esther 2:7.

Answer: Ahab

King Ahab was Jezebel's husband and the seventh king of Israel. The Bible tells us that he was the most evil king of all the kings before him. (1 Kings 16:30)
God gave Ahab many chances to change his ways. Change came but it was too late and he died during the third war he waged against Syria. He died in battle, just how the Lord declared he would. (1 Kings 16:29; 17:1; 21:17-19)

Answer: Naphtali

Rachel's handmaid, Bilhah, conceives a son and Rachel, taking it as a sign of prevailing over her sister, Leah, names him Naphtali. (Genesis 30:8) He is the sixth of all Jacob's sons. Zebulun is Jacob's sixth son by Leah. In order, the sons of Jacob are Reuben, Simeon, Levi and Judah (all from Leah); Dan and Naphtali (both from Bilhah); Gad and Asher (from Zilpah); Issachar and Zebulun (from Leah); and Joseph and Benjamin (Rachel).

He also has a daughter, Dinah, born to Leah after Zebulun. Jacob blesses his sons in Genesis 49, and refers to Naphtali as a deer that has been set free. (Genesis 49:21) The Tribe of Naphtali is also praised for their bravery in the Song of Deborah. (Judges 5:18)

Answer: David

'And David was the youngest: and the three eldest followed Saul.' (1 Samuel 17:14) David was the great-grandson of Boaz and Ruth. He grew up to defeat Goliath and later became the second and greatest king of Israel.

Hannah, the wife of Elkanah, meets Eli while she prays to God for a child. "O Lord Almighty, if You will only look upon Your servant's misery and remember me, and not forget Your servant but give her a son, then I will give him to The Lord for all the days of his life, and no razor will ever be used on his head." (1 Samuel 1:9-11)

Answer: Vashti

Vashti was married to King Ahasuerus. She was replaced by Esther after she refused Ahasuerus' orders to appear in front of the King 'to show the people and the princes her beauty.' (Esther 1:11)

Answer: Zechariah

Zechariah was a priest in the temple of Abijah and was married to Elizabeth. Zechariah in Hebrew means 'Yahweh remembers'. The Lord eventually blessed them with a son, who all know as John the Baptist. (Luke 1:5-7; 3:2)
