"Sanctuary" Episode 'Pavor Nocturnus' Quiz

She finds a knife in a storeroom of the Sanctuary. Then when she goes outside, she finds a long pole and some wire and ties them together.

Will and his two friends are attacked by several of the creatures and in the skirmish, his friend gets infected by one of the creatures. The other guy tells Will that he still has time, but Will ignores him and says, "Sorry, Jason," just before shooting him with his pistol.

Will is the only one left from the Sanctuary and has been fighting the creatures since the outbreak started. Apparently he never left the city where the Sanctuary is located.

Will: "Who are you?"
Helen: "Will, it's me--"
Will: "Your name!"
Helen: "Helen. Magnus. Satisfied?"
Will: "I don't think so. Helen Magnus died three years ago."

As soon as Will realizes she is gone he checks his bag and finds the gun missing then we see Helen underground with the gun in her hands.

When Helen and Jessica are talking after they go back to the Sanctuary, Helen starts to ask Jessica about her parents then she realizes they are probably dead. So instead she asks her how long she's been on her own and Jessica says, "I don't know. It's easier to keep moving when you're by yourself."

The picture is how she found out what happened to Henry. All the others she had to ask Will about. Druitt teleported a bomb to a high density infection area and Kate died in the fighting.

Answer: She was looking for a cure to her longevity.

Helen: "Eastern Honduras, ten years ago. I remember."
Will: "What about it?"
Helen: "I went there looking for the tomb of Pacal the second. Mayan king from the late dynasty."
Will: "So?"
Helen: "It wasn't long after Ashley had died. I was tired of outliving people I loved. I wanted to find a cure for my longevity."

Answer: She was calling to the other creatures.

Jessica was either completely turned or really close and she started making that squealing noise to call to the others. Helen tried to stop him but he shot her and killed her.

Towards the end of the episode, Helen was watching her personal logs, trying to figure out where the virus came from. In her log she said, "My unique physiology seems to have prevented any outward symptoms... There's still no way to control the immunoglobulin spikes in the blood of those infected." Then in a log she made shortly after finding the artifact, she said, "Unfortunately, the elixir from the vial seems to have had no effect on me except a spike in my immunoglobulin levels." It was then that she connected the spike in her own immunoglobulin levels with those of the infected, and realized that the virus came from the artifact and that she was in fact patient zero.
