Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. "Do you know how much you annoy me? The answer is 'a lot.' Should I list the reasons why? Well I don't see why not. It's your hair, your nose, your chinless face. You always need a hug. Not to mention all the manly appletinis that you chug. That you think I am your mentor just continues to perplex And oh my God stop telling me when you have nerdy sex."

Answer: Dr. Cox

When J.D. (Zach Braff) continued to annoy Dr. Cox (John C. McGinley) while he was trying to speak to a patient. Anyone who has seen this show knows that J.D. is a constant annoyance to Dr. Cox, and this episode we got to see Dr. Cox sing, instead of rant, about J.D.'s annoying qualities.
2. "Did I grow in Illinois or was it Michigan? How long before we met was I in medicine? Was our Wedding song The Beatles or Led Zeppelin? Am I freakin' Puerto Rican or Dominican?"

Answer: Carla

Carla (Judy Reyes) is upset that her husband Turk (Donald Faison) can not remember her ethnicity and constantly says that she is Puerto Rican or Mexican instead of Dominican, so she asks him to list everything he knows about her to see how well he knows her.
3. "It all started with a penny in the door. There was a hatred I had never felt before So now I'll make him pay Each and every day Until that mousse-haired little nuisance is no more."

Answer: The Janitor

On his first day at Sacred Heart Hospital J.D. angered The Janitor (Neil Flynn) by innocently suggesting that a sliding door may be stuck because someone had put a penny in it. When The Janitor finds a penny stuck in the door he assumes J.D. it and devotes a great deal of time over the next six years to making J.D. pay for the penny incident.
4. "Let's face the facts about me and you A love unspecified Though I'm proud to call you 'chocolate bear' The crowd will always talk and stare."

Answer: J.D.

J.D. and Turk have been friends since college and have a friendship that often mirrors a gay relationship, J.D. even calls Turk "chocolate bear" as an affectionate nickname.
5. "Everything comes down to poo. From the top of your head to the sole of your shoe. We can figure out what's wrong with you by looking at your poo."

Answer: J.D.

When all else fails in figuring out the reason behind Ms. Miller's illness they decide to check her poo. J.D. and Turk sing the song "Everything Comes Down to Poo," but these particular lines, the first of the song, were sung by J.D.
6. "We're running a test that's a waste of our time. But at least she'll accept that she's medically fine. She'll admit that she's nuts or I'll have to say, 'snore.' Just give her the CAT scan and show her the door."

Answer: Dr. Cox

Though Dr. Kelso is usually the one who doesn't like to waste hospital money doing unnecessary medical tests, Dr. Cox sings this quote. After countless tests there seems to be no medical reason for Ms. Miller's illness and Dr. Cox feels she is "cuckoo pants" and more tests are unnecessary.
7. "The thing is guys, remember facts. Like what Derek Jeter hit last year which was .303 That is why our brains are maxed and there's no room for things like birthdays or ethnicities."

Answer: Turk

When Carla tries to get Turk to admit that he doesn't know her true ethnicity, he begins to make many excuses as to why he doesn't know. This is just one of the many, that men's brains are too full of facts to remember ethnicities.
8. "How am I supposed to tell him that he's not moving too? He doesn't have a clue."

Answer: Elliot

One subplot of this episode involves Elliot's purchase of a new house. Her old roommate J.D. thinks that he'll be moving in with her, but Elliot wants to move out on her own and can't find it in her to tell him when things are already so complicated in his life (like his pregnant girlfriend's recent departure).
Sarah Chalke, who plays Elliot, has said on the DVD commentaries of other seasons that she is always coincidentally absent from songs on "Scrubs." She admits that she is a terrible singer.
9. "Hello, I'm Dr. _____, I'm delighted that you came So the doctors say you fainted and you don't know what's to blame. Well put your mind at ease, there's no ill we can't outsmart. On behalf of all who work here, welcome to Sacred Heart."

Answer: Kelso

In the opening song, "Welcome to Sacred Heart," Dr. Kelso, the chief of medicine, greets Ms. Miller as she comes out of the ambulance with this ditty.
10. "I'm sure you must be scared, not knowing what this test will bring. It could prove that you are crazy. Do you still hear people sing? It's best to know the truth, of that I have no doubt. But you'll have to face the future when the truth comes out."

Answer: J.D.

J.D. is committed to finding out the true reason behind Ms. Miller's illness and takes her for a CAT scan. He also gives her some good advice, that she'll have to face the future when the truth comes out.
