Answer: Alexander Cambias Jr.

Zach Slater is really Alexander Cambias Jr, the son of Alexander Cambias Sr. and Amelia Crane. We found out when Zach was introduced in 2004 that he faked his death ten years prior to escape the overbearing nature of his father. He adopted the name off of a roommate his brother, Michael, had at college.

He revealed his biological name on the night of his murder mystery game to Maria Santos Grey.

Answer: The Seasons

Zach Slater was introduced as a casino owner when Erica Kane hid out in Las Vegas while masquerading as a showgirl named Desiree DuBois. It was here where we found out the name of his casinos and that it is still operating today for business. Zach befriended Erica and told nobody that she was in Las Vegas but he never told her about him being a Cambias, knowing full well her history with Michael. Eventually, Erica returned to Pine Valley and faced off with family and loved ones in an intervention over her alcoholism. Zach came to Pine Valley in large part to see if he can reunite with his former lover, Maria Santos Grey.

Answer: Crane

We first heard of Amelia during The Satin Slayer storyline when the killer, Alexander Cambias Sr, used a woman that looked like Amelia to haunt Zach. Zach thought that he had accidentally caused his mother's death but it was later revealed that his father was the one who killed his mother. Alexander Cambias Sr went on to kill the Amelia look a like but was eventually caught when he was found to be The Satin Slayer. Among his victims as a serial killer were Dixie Cooney, Simone Torres, Erin Lavery, Babe Carey, Kendall Hart, and Danielle Frye. Babe, Kendall, and Danielle survived but Dixie, Simone, and Erin all died at his hands.

Answer: Lena Kundera

Lena was hired by Erica Kane to be the CFO for Enchantment Cosmetics, Erica's company. Little did Erica know that Lena was in cahoots with Michael to get the formula for her skin cream. Lena wanted out of Michael's rouse when she started falling in love with Bianca Montgomery.

However, Michael blackmailed her to continue in their scheme. Michael did get a formula but it was for a regular cream and not the special kind Erica had created.

Answer: Edith Ramsey

We found out when Ethan came to town that he was a product of an affair between Zach Slater and Hannah Nichols. Hannah gave birth to Ethan but gave him to Edith Ramsey so she could raise him and he would not befall The Cambias Curse (this was also the reason why Zach refused to tell Ethan he was his father). Ethan wooed Kendall Hart and Simone Torres, even becoming engaged to Simone.

However, he died in an explosion from The Mardi Gras Ball caused by Janet Green.

Answer: Aspen

Kendall went to Aspen and soon met up with Michael Cambias but he gave her a different last name (for more, see question seven). Little did she know that he would follow her back to town in hopes of getting Fusion Cosmetics under his ownership since he was head of Cambias Industries, a corporation known for its takeovers of smaller businesses. Kendall was in Aspen for a conference.

Answer: Kinsey

Michael introduced himself as Michael Kinsey rather than Michael Cambias so Kendall would not know him as a member of the huge Cambias Industries that specializes in merging with other companies. Despite finding out his real name, Kendall embarked on a relationship with him while Michael was still fooling around with Lena Kundera. Kendall found out about Michael lying to her about stealing Fusion and the contents of his relationship with Lena and broke it off with him. Michael attempted to rape Kendall but she overpowered him.

Answer: Oxford

Right as we first got to know Ethan, the citizens of Pine Valley began investigating him and this is where we found out that Ethan concocted a get rich scheme at Oxford but he was never convicted of the crime. Ethan's main purpose for coming to town was to prove himself a Cambias and therefore inherit his father's company, Cambias Industries.

However, Alexander Cambias Jr. left a codicil in his will stating that, if Michael were to bare a child, the child would inherit the company. That meant Miranda Mona Montgomery, Bianca's child with Michael through her rape, was the rightful heir to Cambias Industries.

Therefore, Bianca became owner of Cambias Industries and ran their European operations when she moved to Paris in 2005.

Zach and Maria came face to face when he came to Pine Valley in July of 2004 and that is where memories started flooding back to Maria of when she had amnesia and was Zach's girlfriend. She left him at one point since David Hayward had convinced her she killed the real Maria Santos so she was on the run.

Despite Zach's pleas to start over with a relationship, Maria stuck by Edmund but it was too late, as Edmund drew up divorce papers. When Maria left town in 2005, she and Zach had one last goodbye.

Answer: Erica Kane

When Erica had revealed she slipped a formula to a regular cream and Michael thus did not get the formula for her successful anti aging cream, Alexander Cambias Sr. at that point appointed her to The Board of Directors of Cambias Industries. When Michael Cambias got control of Cambias Industries again by being the majority stockholder after his preliminary hearing over Bianca's rape got dismissed, he controlled Fusion, Enchantment, and Chandler Enterprises.

It is assumed he had Erica removed from its Board of Directors, although that has not been specified on the show.
