The Dillons moved to Denver in 2000 after Trevor's name was cleared in Sophie's murder. Sophie was Janet's former roommate from prison and extorted money from her. Janet killed Sophie in self defense but Trevor took the rap for Sophie's death and went on the run. Trevor's name got cleared when his sister, Arlene, found a guy who lied about seeing Trevor killing Sophie. Trevor wound up in Denver and that is where the rest of the Dillon family (Janet, Amanda, and Tim) moved to around May of 2000.

Janet planned to kill Sophie after she extorted money from her and almost killed Trevor. She lured her to a warehouse where they had one final face off (for more info, see the interesting info for question one). Hayley Vaughn went to the warehouse to see what was up with Janet but got knocked out by a booby trap Janet meant for Sophie.

A fire started and Mateo rescued Hayley from the fire.

Trevor's first marriage proved to be invalid since it was Janet impersonating Natalie after Janet threw Natalie down a well and took over her life (Natalie would be rescued later). Janet was eventually sent to prison for Will Cortlandt's murder. Trevor was then free to marry Natalie, which he did, but their marriage was short lived when Natalie died in a car accident. Trevor then fell for Laurel Banning and they married.

At their wedding, Janet planned to set off a bomb but the story idea was scrapped due to the real life tragedy of the Oklahoma City bombing. Trevor eventually got over his hatred for Janet and fell in love with her.

They married but their marriage was dissolved around 2005 when Janet killed Trevor and stuffed his body in a freezer.

Natalie had the distinction of having two relations to Amanda. Amanda is Janet's daughter with Trevor when Trevor made love to "Natalie" (Janet had taken over Natalie's life for a brief period) and thus he sired Amanda with Janet. Since Janet and Natalie are sisters, that makes Natalie Amanda's aunt.

When Janet was convicted of Will Cortlandt's murder and sentenced to 30 years in prison, Natalie officially adopted Amanda as her own daughter, making her also Amanda's adoptive mother.

It was actually Di Henry who Janet pushed into the lake, but luckily Di survived. Among Janet's crimes against those she considered cruel to her daughter Amanda was pushing Babe down a flight of stairs, knocking out Dr. David Hayward and scheduling him for open heart surgery, starting a fire that almost killed Kendall and Greenlee, kidnapping Little Adam and Babe, and more. Janet was eventually arrested and committed to Oakhaven.

It was from Jack whom Trevor bought the law firm called Montgomery and Associates. On top of being a lawyer, Trevor also worked for the Pine Valley Police Department. Livia Frye is another attorney in Pine Valley but Trevor never purchased a firm from her. Alexis Davis is the name of an attorney on "General Hospital" and Nora Cannon is a lawyer from "One Life to Live."

When Trevor worked for the Pine Valley Police Department, it was as a detective. One of the first cases he dealt with was Billy Clyde Tuggle kidnapping Dixie Cooney. There was a shootout when they found Tuggle, but Trevor was not injured. However, fellow officer Derek Frye was shot. No characters on "AMC" have ever held the ranking of sergeant, Taylor Roxbury Cannon and Jesse Hubbard were two patrol officers for the PVPD (Jesse is currently the police chief), and Derek Frye was a Lieutenant before being promoted to Chief of Police upon Anna Devane's resignation as police chief.

Since Natalie was imprisoned on the well on the Marick property, it would only make sense that the owner, Dimitri Marick, would rescue her! Dimitri and Natalie eventually became engaged but that ended when Dimitri's mother-in-law, Helga Voynitzeva, wheeled out her daughter, Angelique, at Dimitri and Natalie's engagement party. Angelique was believed to have died but was in a coma for fifteen years. Natalie broke her engagement to Dimitri and went back to Trevor.

Even though Tim considers Trevor the only father he had, his biological father was Alex Hunter, Natalie's first husband. Natalie went back and forth between Alex and her son, Jeremy. At Natalie's first wedding to Jeremy, their marriage was invalid since Jeremy's other love, Erica Kane, hired a phony minister to officiate at their wedding. Eventually, Natalie and Jeremy wed but they ended up divorcing. That is when Natalie fell for Trevor and he legally adopted Tim as his son.

Trevor and Skye dated briefly and Amanda ruined one of their dates when she put glue in Skye's hair. Amanda only wanted Trevor to date her mom, Janet. She eventually got her wish when Trevor and Janet dated and then eventually became married. At her wedding to Trevor, Janet made sure to get Natalie's blessing and Natalie, in Janet's vision, gave Janet permission to marry Trevor.
