10. Charlize appears in the 2003 version of 'The Italian Job' as the daughter of a main character from the original 1969 British film. What is her surname in the film?
From Quiz Charlize Theron
Answer:
Bridger
The 2003 version was not a remake as such - the director, F Gary Gray, described it as 'an homage'. The action was moved primarily to America, to begin with, although the film did find room to include the iconic Mini Coopers. Charlize played Stella Bridger, the daughter of Noel Coward's character from the British film. Donald Sutherland takes the role of Mr Bridger in the new film but only appears in the early part. Bridger and Charlie Croker, played by Michael Caine in the first film and Mark Wahlberg in 2003, are the only characters to appear in both versions Unlike the original, the 2003 film does not leave anyone, or anything, hanging in mid air.
