From Quiz End of the Royal Line
Answer:
Anne
Queen Anne, ruler of Scotland from 1702-1707 and of Great Britain from 1707-1714, was the sister of Mary II, daughter of James VII of Scotland and II of England, and his first wife, Anne Hyde. Anne's personal life was sad as she underwent 17 pregnancies but only one child survived beyond the age of two--William, Duke of Gloucester, who died at 11. She was succeeded by a distant cousin, George, Elector of Hanover.
