The episode began with the duo in the bathroom where they were relieving themselves when Butt-head asked Beavis a question. He wondered what the President of the United States thought when he used the restroom. The two boys thought about this but were unable to come up with a precise answer.

The episode began at the boys' home where they sat on the couch and watched a commercial that featured Arnold Schwarzenegger.
