1. What colour is Spyro's body?

Answer: Purple

Spyro is the main protagonist in the first "Skylander" game which has the subtitle "Spyro's Adventures". Spyro is a purple dragon with orange wings and is a character from the Magic element. Spyro's starting powers are Flameball and Charge. Spyro is not originally from the land of the Skylanders, however he did many heroic deeds in his own world and was asked by Portal Master Eon to help defend the Skylander world.

Sonic Boom is of the air element, while Camo is in the life element. Sonic Boom, as her name states, can scream loudly and create a sonic boom. Camo can shoot orbs of sunlight, burrow underground and make exploding melons, and grow explosive peppers from his tail.

Ramses is a very wise old dragon who has ruled Dragon's Peak for centuries. He did so peacefully and harmoniously, maintaining balance in the world. He worries about his evil younger brother, however... He is not a playable character in the game, unfortunately.

Kaos is an evil Portal Master who continually tries to rule over the land of the Skylanders. Glumshanks is Kaos' butler. Persephone and Eon are on the side of the Skylanders. Spyro is the ever-popular dragon from the "Legend of Spyro" series. Voodood is an axe-wielding and dragon armored orc. Wrecking Ball is a grub, supposed to be used in a potion, until he drank it all and grew even larger than normal. Double Trouble is a wizard who heard about a magical plant that could turn everything into multiple items, and he ate it, not knowing that he himself would double.

It would be tempting to say Spyro is a fire dragon, since most of his attacks are flame based. However, Spyro is a magic dragon, who comes from a very rare line of purple dragons. His attacks include fire breath, horn attack, dragon flight (a big deal, since there is no jump feature in the game), and fireballs, among others (including several different upgrades). Spyro's catchphrase: "All fired up!"

Drobot lived in the mountains with dragons who loved to fly and fight each other in mid-air, but Drobot spent his time building things, and he eventually designed his suit.

Stealth Elf is extremely agile, able to skewer and slash swiftly at her enemies with her daggers and swords, and take down her foes by surprise. She can literally disappear and at the same time create a decoy version of herself. As she does so, Stealth Elf uses invisible stealth to attack the enemies when they are attacking her decoy. She shares some traits with Ahsoka Tano from "Star Wars: The Clone Wars".

Flynn is based in the village in the first "Skylander" game and flies the airship in "Skylander: Giants". Flynn is a very overconfident character who likes to take the glory for achievements, but is also very courageous. Callie, Persephone and Ermit are all characters who help the Skylanders on their adventures.

Slam Bam is a four-armed yeti who spent most of his time on an iceberg and would design ice sculptures until his luxurious life was shattered by Kaos.

Cynder was a large, evil dragon in the "Legend of Spyro" series. Spyro was able to reverse a curse, however, making her young again, before being trained for evil. She was then an ally. The Arkeyans were an ancient race and were giant robots. In "Skylander: Giants" the villain Kaos discovers a robot left by the ancient Arkeyans and uses it to discover the Lost City of Arkus. In this city Kaos finds the Fist of Arkus, a robotic fist which releases both good and bad magic. When Kaos puts the glove on he is enlarged to the giant size of the Arkeyans allowing him to wield the Fist. With this item he is able to summon a large Arkeyan army.

Hex once went down into the realm of death took get rid of a purple dragon named Malefor, who was also one of the popular dragons from the "Legend of Spyro" series, until Hex was cursed and turned into an undead witch.

Whirlwind is an air dragon that uses, oddly enough, rainbows during battle. Rainbows also have the ability to heal her allies. She is a unicorn and dragon hybrid, and also possesses the ability of flight. Whirlwind's catchphrase: "Twists of fury!"

Slam Bam travels across the water by surfing on an ice board. While Slam Bam's eyes are yellow in his toy form and his promotional art, his eyes are light blue in the console game, however, he still seems to have yellow eyes in the 3DS version.

Warnado is a turtle creature born in a tornado and can spin at incredible speeds, knocking over enemies and creating his own tornadoes easily.

Sunburn, as the scorching name suggests, is a fire dragon. He is actually a hybrid of a dragon and a Phoenix (bird of fire). Of course, his attacks are flame based; he has flamethrower breath, he can teleport while leaving a fiery trail in his wake, and he also has an infinite flame attack. He does not, however, possess the ability to fly. Sunburn's catchphrase: "Roast 'n' toast!"

Orcs are almost always depicted as evil brutes, so Voodood is quite possibly the only orc in history to be portrayed as a good character. Voodood's face resembles Dr. Seuss' "The Grinch". Similar to Zap, Voodood's eyes are orange in toy form and trailer shots, but are yellow in-game.

The Water element is one of eight elements that the Skylanders can belong to. Skylanders from this element can swim and use water/ice attacks to kill their enemies. Chill is the only new character from the Water element in the "Skylander: Giants" game. The other characters were all present in the first "Skylander" game along with Wham-Shell and Slam-Bam.

Swarm is an Air Skylander who has the appearance of a giant wasp. Swarm grew up as a prince in a wasp colony but a magical side of him made him grow too big for the hive. Swarm is able to fly and his basic abilities are Barb Blades and Flight of the Wasp. Swarm made his first appearance in "Skylander: Giants".

Camo is a plant dragon, and therefore uses plants in his attacks. He shoots powerful firecracker vines at enemies. He can also dig into the ground and grow watermelons that fly towards enemies and explode. Camo cannot, however, fly. Camo's catchphrase: "Fruit punch!"

It may seem that since her Undead transformation, Hex has become serious, perhaps even sinister, striking fear into the hearts of her enemies in combat. It has been said that she has laughed only once since her transformation, apparently at an incident involving Trigger Happy, Slam Bam, and a gold coin in the rear end. Hex is also an elf along with Stealth Elf and Flameslinger.

There are eight elements in the "Skylander" games - Water, Tech, Earth, Magic, Fire, Undead, Life and Air. In the game there are certain areas which can only be accessed by Skylanders of a particular element.
