In 1966, the Beatles were considered the biggest band in the world. When John Lennon made the statement about the Beatles being greater than Jesus, it was reprinted in a London paper under miscontents. This resulted in record burning and the ban of Beatles` music in most radio stations.

Answer: Saturday Night Live

While ripping the picture on national television, she screamed out "Fight the real enemy". She confirmed her beliefs on CNN, stating that the church should be destroyed, that the church must be brought down. She called it an artistic statement. Society responded by steam rolling her records. At a Bob Dylan tribute concert, she was booed off the stage. Her career never recovered.

As a result of fan rioting, there was half-million dollars in damage and eight separate rapes reported during this festival.

They tried to make their own album, but their songs never even made the charts.

By the end of the concert, there was one death, an 18 year old male. He was stabbed by the so- called security, The Hells Angels.

On the way to the Dakota Building, he was shot four times by Marc David Chapman. Six days later, millions of people met to give ten minutes of silence to John Lennon, which Yoko Ono said to be what Lennon would have wanted.
