This quote was spoken by former American President Bill Clinton while he was campaigning for his first term. Since he won the Presidency in 1992, it seemed as though this comment did not significantly affect his campaign.

The name originated as a nickname fishermen had given to the albacore species of tuna, whose meat had a color similar to chicken. The daisy is a reference to Daisy Duke, a character portrayed by Jessica Simpson in the movie adaptation of "The Dukes of Hazzard" in 2005.
