Eddie Albert Heimberger was born on April 22, 1906. Eddie's mother changed his birth year to 1908 after she married so his birth would not look illegitimate. His two children, Maria and Edward, were named after him and his wife, Margo. In honor of Mr. Albert, Earth Day was created on his birthday because he was always working with the environment.
