When people start dying, Alyson starts to suspect that Claire's new found friend, a tattered old doll, is the possible cause of bad changes in Claire's behavior...as well as the cause of the deaths. Written and produced by Charles Band, 'Puppet Master' is the start of a lengthy film franchise that spawned several sequels. Blade, Six Shooter, Leech Woman, Pinhead, Jester, Torch, Tunneler, as well as many others are all part of the very interesting group of killer dolls that are in the films.

Answer: Trilogy of Terror

Karen Black stars in all three short stories of this 1975 anthology. None of the stories are related, but they all have a woman's name as the title. The third story titled "Amelia" is by far the creepiest. Black plays the title role, who brings home a very ugly Zuni warrior doll.

The doll has a spear in hand as well as a mouth full of sharp teeth. A scroll note comes with the doll stating that the real spirit of a Zuni hunter possesses him, and that in order for the spirit to not escape, the gold chain that is attached to him must stay intact. Of course...the chain manages to fall off the doll when Amelia leaves the room. Chaos ensues to say the least!

Answer: Pinocchio's Revenge

As accidents and murders start happening, the question is raised on whether Zoe is telling the truth about Pinocchio being dangerous, or if it is actually her doing very bad things and blaming her new doll friend. The tagline for this movie is "Evil comes with strings attached".

This movie is directed by James Wan, who is also well known among horror fans for directing the films 'The Conjuring' (2013), 'Insidious' (2010), and 'Insidious: Chapter 2' (2013). Some original titles for this film is 'Shhhh...' and 'Silence'.

Answer: The Collection

The role of Miranda is played by Jessica Simpson. The dolls have a very good reason why they insist on escaping the glass case. Without giving too much away about the episode and the mystery behind why or how the dolls come to life, I will say that things do not turn out good for Miranda. And while these dolls may not necessarily fall into the catagory of being evil, it is still unnatural and creepy that they come to life and move around freely.

Answer: Demonic Toys

This Full Moon Entertainment film is often compared to the 'Puppet Master' series, which ironically enough, they were eventually pitted against in a 2004 sequel. The four sequels spawned from 'Demonic Toys' are titled 'Dollman vs. Demonic Toys' (1993), 'Puppet Master vs. Demonic Toys' (2004), and 'Demonic Toys 2: Personal Demons' (2010).

Answer: Talky Tina

In this classic creeper, Erich's wife Annabelle buys her daughter Christie a doll. It is a talking doll that goes by the name of "Talky Tina". Erich, who is Christie's stepdad, has infertility problems and takes it out on Christie. Tina is protective of Christie, and begins making comments to Erich whenever he turns the key in her back.

She tells him things like, "My name is Talky Tina and I don't think I like you." As time goes on, she tells him other things, like how she hates him, he'll be sorry, and that she will kill him! Things get interesting to say the least!

Answer: Dangerous Worry Dolls

Jessica Morris stars as Eva, a troubled girl who tries to wish all her problems away by confessing them to a tiny set of Worry Dolls. Unfortunately for Eva, these little dolls are evil. While she sleeps at night, they crawl in her ear and possess her...making her do very bad things!

Answer: Annabelle

The 2014 film 'Annabelle' is the prequel (and also a spin-off) to the 2013 movie titled 'The Conjuring'. This self titled film shows us how Annabelle becomes the evil being that we first see in 'The Conjuring'. Ironically, the movie's main star is named Annabelle also. The character of Mia is played by Annabelle Wallis. Ward Horton and Alfre Woodard also star.
