One of the most innovative tag teams in the 1980s, along with the likes of the Rock and Roll Express, The Midnight Express, the Von Erichs and the Road Warriors. Garvin joined with Hayes in the Georgia area after Roberts retired and Gordy left for Japan in a tag team with 'Dr. Death' Steve Williams.
