The referee stood in the ring with Kurt and Jadidi. Jadidi raised his own arm and Kurt thought he had lost. Then the referee put Jadidi's arm down and raised Kurt's arm. What had happened was Jadidi saw one paper with his name circled but there were three officials.

The other two officials had circled Angle's name making him the winner.

Kurt had Stephanie McMahon in his corner. Kurt and The Rock had a long battle. Before the match Triple H told Kurt that if anything happened to Stephanie he would hold him personally responsible. Stephanie got the "Rock Bottom" in the match. Triple H came in and threw Kurt out of the ring and did a "Pedigree" on The Rock. Later on in the match Rikishi came down to help The Rock. Rikishi tried to do a kick to Angle but Angle jumped out of the way. Rikishi hit The Rock by accident. Rikishi then tried to do a running "Thump" to Kurt when he was in the corner but Kurt pulled The Rock in front. Kurt then did an "Olympic Slam" to Rikishi and The Rock.

He pinned The Rock for the win. Kurt is the best in my opinion!
