Answer: Kurt Angle

After winning a gold medal in wrestling in the 1996 Summer Olympic Games, Kurt came to the WWF in 1999. He became the 2000 King Of The Ring and he also held the Intercontinental and European Titles. On the July 26, 2001 episode of "Smackdown," he became the WCW Heavyweight Champion by defeating Booker T before losing the title to Booker the following Monday on "Raw." On September 23, 2001, he defeated Stone Cold Steve Austin to become WWF Heavyweight Champion for the second time before losing the title to Austin on October 8, 2001. Now they were teammates on the Alliance.
6. Who was the last person to come to the ring for Team Alliance?

Answer: Stone Cold Steve Austin

Since coming to the WWF in 1996 Stone Cold Steve Austin had done it all. He was the 1996 "King Of The Ring", 2 time WWF Intercontinental Champion, 4 time WWF Tag Team Champion and 6 time WWF Heavyweight Champion. Now, as the leader of the Alliance, he was going to try and end the reign of the very company that made him one of the biggest stars in wrestling history.

He has also held the WWF and WCW Tag Team Titles with the Undertaker as well as the Intercontinental and Hardcore Titles.
9. Who came to the ring third for team WWF?

Answer: The Undertaker

Since debuting in the WWF at the 1990 "Survivor Series" the Undertaker has held the WWF Heavyweight Title, WWF Tag Team Titles, WCW Tag Team Titles, and the WWF Hardcore Title. Not bad, huh?

Answer: Chris Jericho

Chris Jericho came to the WWF on August 9, 1999. He made his mark by holding nearly every WWF Title. Fast forward to December 9, 2001, and he became the first man to hold the WWF and WCW Heavyweight Titles at the same time, thus making him the first Undisputed Champion in WWF history.
11. Who was the last person announced for Team WWF?

Answer: The Rock

The Rock debuted in the WWF at the 1996 "Survivor Series," and made his mark by being the sole survivor for his team. In February 1997, he defeated Triple H to win the Intercontinental Title. Since then he's held the WWF Tag Team Titles, and the WCW Heavyweight Title. He has since become a movie star.
12. The next few questions will cover the order of elimination for the 2001 "Survivor Series" Winner Take All Match. Who was the first man eliminated from either side?

Answer: The Big Show

Kurt Angle gave the Big Show an "Angle Slam." He then tagged in Booker T who gave him an "Ax Kick." Booker then tagged in Van Dam who gave him a "Five Star Frog Splash." Finally Van Dam tagged in Shane McMahon who gave him an elbow drop from the top rope and pinned him. If the WWF was going to stay in business this was no way start.
13. Who was the next man eliminated?

Answer: Shane McMahon

Shane was given a "Chokeslam" by Kane who then tagged in the Undertaker who gave him a "Tombstone Piledriver." He then tagged in Chris Jericho who gave him the "Lionsault" and pinned him. The sides were now even.
14. Who was the next man eliminated?

Answer: Kane

After giving Kane a "Five Star Frog Splash" Rob Van Dam attempted a cover, but Kane grabbed him by the throat. The other members of the Alliance and WWF got in the ring and started fighting. Rob Van Dam got up to the top rope and nailed Kane with a kick and then pinned him. The Alliance was now up 4 men to 3.
15. Who was the next man eliminated?

Answer: The Undertaker

Things were about to get worse for Team WWF. After the Undertaker gave Kurt Angle the "Last Ride" he was distracted by Booker T who came into the ring with a steel chair. When the Undertaker turned around and saw him he gave Booker a boot to the face. Stone Cold Steve Austin, who had no business being in the ring since he wasn't tagged in, entered the ring and gave him a "Stone Cold Stunner." He then dragged Kurt Angle over to where the Undertaker was and put Kurt's arm on the Undertaker's chest and Kurt pinned him. If the Alliance could eliminate two more men (Chris Jericho and the Rock) the WWF would be history. If there was any time for a gut check...this was it.
16. Who was the next man eliminated?

Answer: Booker T

At one point, Booker T whipped the Rock into the ropes but the Rock reversed him and Booker bumped Kurt Angle off the ring apron. The Rock then rolled Booker up from behind for the pin.
17. Who was the next man eliminated?

Answer: Rob Van Dam

Jericho drove Rob Van Dam face first into the mat and pinned him. There was now hope for Team WWF as it was now 2 on 2: Chris Jericho and the Rock against Kurt Angle and Stone Cold Steve Austin.
18. Who was the next man eliminated?

Answer: Kurt Angle

The Rock eliminated Kurt Angle after Angle tapped out to the "Sharpshooter." It was now Team WWF that had the advantage as Stone Cold Steve Austin was all alone against the Rock and Chris Jericho.
19. Who was the next man eliminated?

Answer: Chris Jericho

At one point Jericho rolled up Austin, but Austin kicked out and reversed it into a roll up of his own to eliminate Jericho. It was now down to two men as Austin and the Rock did battle to see which organization would survive.
20. Who were the last two men in the ring?

Answer: The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin

Over the years the Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin faced each other many times. No confrontation would be as big as this one however. If Stone Cold Steve Austin won the WWF would be dead. If the Rock won the Alliance would be dead. Only one organization would survive. Chris Jericho would double cross the WWF by driving the Rock's face into the mat before leaving. Austin covered him but the Rock kicked out at two.

As Jericho was making his way back toward the ring the Undertaker ran up from behind and stopped him and was angry at him for almost ending the WWF.

They then made their way backstage.
21. Who was the WWF referee who officiated the Winner Take All Match?

Answer: Earl Hebner

Earl Hebner was the referee for the match. He had been the referee in many important matches over the years, but none was more important than this one.
22. Who was the WCW referee who pulled Earl Hebner out of the ring and knocked him down?

Answer: Nick Patrick

After the Rock had given Austin a "Stone Cold Stunner" he covered him. Hebner counted to two before he was pulled out of the ring by Nick Patrick who knocked him down. He got in the ring and counted to two before Austin kicked out. When the Rock saw Patrick it looked like he was going to give him a "Rock Bottom" but was stopped by Austin. Austin would give the Rock the "Rock Bottom" and cover him but the Rock kicked out. Austin looked up at Patrick and wasn't pleased.
23. Which referee did Stone Cold Steve Austin punch out?

Answer: Nick Patrick

After the Rock kicked out, Austin looked up at Patrick and didn't seem pleased that he was in the ring. Austin knocked him down with one punch and helped Hebner back into the ring. It wasn't long before Hebner was knocked out again.
24. Who was the member of the Alliance who defected to Team WWF?

Answer: Kurt Angle

Austin gave the Rock a "Stone Cold Stunner" and covered him but Hebner was still down. Kurt Angle ran down to the ring and on his way into the ring he picked up the WWF Heavyweight Title that was lying on the floor. He then hit an unsuspecting Austin with the title.

The hit staggered him and he turned right into a "Rock Bottom" by the Rock. Hebner came to his senses and made a slow count. ONE, TWO, THREE! The Alliance was history. The WWF would live on. Then again, the storyline was pointless due to the lack of WCW and ECW wrestlers involved.
25. Who showed up after the match and had a big smile on his face?

Answer: Vince McMahon

Vince McMahon had given Team WWF a pep talk before the match. His last words to them were "Now go out there and do it." They did it all right. He showed up at the top of the entrance way and had a big grin on his face and slowly raised up his arms in victory. His team came through for him. Vince McMahon has and always will reign supreme!
