1. What are most of the Stars based on?

Answer: Remakes of older sets

These include Tahu Mata, Takanuva, Rahkshi, Gresh, and Skrall. They all include newer parts, such as Av-Matoran bodies/limbs/heads and Agori hands/heads. Only one set is not a remake of an older set.

2. Which of these isn't different between 2009 Gresh and 2010 Gresh?

Answer: His hand colour

His swords are silver instead of green/lime green, his helmet is fully lime instead of green/lime green and his armour is a new mold. His hands, like his old version, are dark green.

3. What is the correct ratio of Glatorian heads to Av-Matoran heads to ball sockets used as heads in the Stars?

Answer: 3:2:1

Gresh, Skrall and Piraka use the Glatorian heads, Tahu and Takanuva use the Av-toran head and Rahkshi uses the ball socket, much like the old Rahkshi. The Rakshi's head and spine are now fused into one piece, which connects at the ball socket and at the back with the connectors used to connect the Av-Matoran to the Phantoka/Mistika.

4. Tahu uses the same blade (set-wise and shape-wise; not colour) as who?

Answer: Ackar

The only difference is the colouration; Ackar's is fully orange while Tahu's is a red/orange blend. It comes with a silver hilt.

5. Which of these sets doesn't contain one of the golden chestplate/shoulder armour pieces?

Answer: Skrall

Takanuva's piece is used on his chest, Gresh's is on his left arm and Piraka's is on his right arm. Skrall has a golden hilt for Tahu's sword instead.

6. Which of these pieces doesn't Takanuva use?

Answer: His original gold Nuva shoulder armour pieces

They're white instead. He doesn't have any gold parts on him, as it would take away from the special 'Golden Bionicle' theme.

7. What does Skrall use as a weapon?

Answer: Black Kopaka sword

He does still use his original swords as arm blades, however. Skrall, like Rahkshi, uses a Mazeka limb on Photok body to connect the head.

8. Which set contains a golden piece that doesn't replace another piece on Tahu, but instead is just an add-on?

Answer: Rahkshi

Tahu has a Hau, Gresh has a shoulder piece, and Skrall has a hilt. Rahkshi instead has a golden shield piece, in the shape of Gahlok-Kal's shield.

9. Which of these do all the Stars have?

Answer: Hand pieces

Due to the Av-Matoran limbs, they are set to a certain angle, and many of these smaller sets don't have pins or axles; the only pieces connected by axles at all are weapons, armour, feet, and face pieces, while the only pieces attached by pins are necks, Rahkshi and Piraka's rubbery spines to their back and Skrall's arm blades.

10. How is the Hau changed from Tahu Olda's original form?

Answer: Deeper and has an axle

It doesn't fit on the original Toa head anymore. The Tahu set comes with a red version and a gold version which fit on the Av-toran head.
