Pridak's species were created by the Great Spirit to watch over the universe. Pridak himself was working for the Brotherhood before leaving it to form the League of Six Kingdoms.

Metru Nui was not included as the League were in "discussions" with Metru Nui. As for Artakha, the League just ignore it. Although it wasn't mentioned, Daxia was also not on the map because aside from the Order of Mata Nui, no-one knew where it was, or that it even exists for that matter.

The surviving Blade Burrowers were at Kalmah's fortress, where Mutran and Gorast were sent to clean up the mess. They noticed the Blade Burrowers creating a map, although they had no idea what it was a map of.

The Metru Nui Civil War started when Ta-Metru and Po-Metru had a dispute. It eventually split into the following factions:

Ta-Metru, Onu-Metru and Ga-Metru

Po-Metru, Le-Metru and Ko-Metru

His lieutenant was none other than Teridax himself. He also led the attack against the League of Six Kingdoms, when he was considering overthrowing the Great Spirit. His stopping of the Civil War was an example of how well the Makuta can enforce order.

The Makuta sided with Teridax in this order: Gorast, Bitil, Vamprah, Antroz, Chirox, Spiriah, Mutran, other Makuta, Icarax, Krika, Makuta who sided with Miserix.

Teridax took over the Brotherhood, and sentenced Miserix and those who sided with him to death.

Chirox discovered that the green essence (known as Antidermis) was what's left of Makuta's bodies. He also discovered the fact that in their new forms, Makuta can take over robot bodies, and possibly living ones as well.

Icarax, being one of the last Makuta to side with Teridax, was a foreshadowing of his lack of faith in it. He led an invasion force of Manas crabs and after Teridax's rescue, he took down Icarax, but let him live.

Mutran was worried that Icarax might rebel against Teridax's Plan again, which he did in BIONICLE Legends #11: The Final Battle.

Answer: Vultraz

Vultraz was a former Ta-Matoran who was turned into a Shadow Matoran by a Shadow Leech and was working for Gorast. He was beaten up by Gorast for not telling the Brotherhood about Karda Nui but was stopped by Icarax.
