When Moonflower was attacking the medicine supplies, Hawkheart, one of WindClan's fiercest warriors until StarClan called him to be medicine cat, came over to defend his den when he heard cats were destroying his supplies. As Moonflower leaped out of the den, Hawkheart flung Moonflower across the camp and pounced on her, digging his claws into her throat and killing her.

After the battle, Bluepaw accused Hawkheart of killing her without reason, but Hawkheart said that trying to destroy his medicine supplies was reason enough.

Answer: Sunfall

After the battle with WindClan, Stonepelt's injury didn't heal properly, so he became an elder, and Pinestar appointed Sunfall as Bluepaw's new mentor. Bluepaw felt that Stonepelt was a better mentor and had never treated him as a mouse-brain like Sunfall did.

Snowpaw told Bluepaw Sparrowpelt said he was a good warrior and was smart. Talltail's gaze, full of accusation, darted towards them as she spoke. Bluepaw mentioned that, from the way WindClan was acting, it would seem the battle was only a sunrise ago. In the book "Into the Wild", it is revealed Tallstar actually did become leader.

When Crookedpaw told Bluepaw her name, she thought that he was too big to be an apprentice, but he couldn't have been a warrior as his paw wasn't crooked. He then joked about thinking Hailstar would make his warrior name Crookedjaw unless his tail went crooked, in which he might have to rethink it.

He said he was a pretty sickly kit. Bluepaw told him her name, and Crookedpaw told her she wasn't very blue, which Bluepaw replied to by saying she looked more blue in daylight. Crookedpaw then said he had a brother, Oakheart, who wanted to be leader. Bluepaw said her sister, Snowpaw, also wanted to be leader. Crookedpaw suggested they could be deputies together if their siblings both became leader, but Bluepaw wanted to be leader, which Crookedpaw agreed to.

Answer: Chasing away a dog near the camp about to steal Bluefur's rabbit

Bluefur led a hunting patrol with Thistlepaw, Adderfang, Smallear, and Robinwing to Snakerocks. Thistlepaw scared some prey away on purpose, and shouted false warnings on purpose when Bluefur was hunting, but a dog came and chased them right when Bluefur caught a rabbit.

When the realized how close to the camp the were, Bluefur decided to leave the rabbit and lead the dog away, but Thistlepaw followed and chased the dog away, telling her that it was ThunderClan prey and no one would steal it. Pinestar decided to give him his warrior name of Thistleclaw after they returned to camp.

Snowfur took Bluefur for a walk in the forest to tell her that she was expecting Thistleclaw's kits, although Bluefur was a bit dismayed at first because they had just become warriors. Later, she gave birth a white tom, and Snowfur asked Thistleclaw if she could name it Whitekit, and he answered by saying she could name it whatever she wanted.

When Bluefur mentioned Oakheart and how she drove him off ThunderClan territory when they were out on a walk together, Snowfur said she was an arrogant furball, but Bluefur jumped to his defense and said he wasn't arrogant, causing Snowfur to think she liked him. Snowfur got angry and accused Bluefur of being disloyal, saying that Thrushpelt would be a better mate.

When Bluefur told her she didn't want to be in the nursery stuck with kits, Snowfur stormed away, and Bluefur followed her to the Thunderpath at the border of ThunderClan and ShadowClan. Snowfur then scented three ShadowClan warriors hunting, and one of them was about to cross the border to hunt a squirrel when Snowfur leaped out and chased them over the Thunderpath.

When she chased them across, a monster zoomed by and hit Snowfur, killing her. Whitekit was extremely appalled at the news, and Thistleclaw blamed her death on Bluefur.

Answer: Rosetail

When Bluefur found Oakheart sunning himself on ThunderClan's side of the river, she hesitated before chasing him off, although Oakheart said it was a start to a promising relationship. Angry, she attacked him, but he threw her into the river. She cried for help, but Oakheart said she could easily stand and walked back to RiverClan territory.

When Rosetail came over, she commented on how her eyes looked moony like how Snowfur's eyes were when she was talking about Thistleclaw. Bluefur replied by saying she wasn't mooning over any cat, although Rosetail told her that Thrushpelt was spending enough time mooning over her.

She angrily snapped back, causing Rosetail to change the subject. At the next Gathering, Oakheart came over to Bluefur and teased her in a friendly way, which Bluefur did not approve of.

When Goldenflower, now a warrior, asked her what was wrong, she told her Oakheart was being nosy. When he spoke from the Great Rock about the Twolegs' pelt-dens, Bluefur commented that he was as smooth as a snake, and Rosetail said he was so handsome as well. Rosetail wished he was in ThunderClan, and Bluefur told her to be loyal to their own clan, although she felt jealous to hear her mooning over Oakheart.

The dream about the water and the current was caused by a leak in the roof of the den, causing water to drip onto Bluefur. Bluefur felt guilty about abandoning Whitekit after Snowfur's death, and wished she had visited him more often, but Robinwing said kits wouldn't remember what you didn't do, only what you did do, and said Bluefur could change everything if she wanted. Bluefur then constantly visited Whitekit afterwards, although Thistleclaw thought she was making Whitekit more soft, and that he was all Whitekit had left. Bluefur objected and said he had her too, but Thistleclaw didn't listen. Goosefeather told her that she couldn't let Thistleclaw hurt Whitekit, as he was already training him and teaching him advanced battle moves.

Bluefur was disappointed to hear she would be patrolling with Thistleclaw, but she thought it would at least get him away from Whitekit for a while. Right before she caught a squirrel, Thistleclaw shouted a warning of a kittypet invasion, although it was only a kit.

Thistleclaw accused Bluefur of being disloyal, and also being too soft on cats from other clans and kittypets, pointing out she was talking with Oakheart at the Gathering, although Bluefur told him it wasn't exactly a friendly chat. Thistleclaw threatened to make her stay away from Whitekit if she didn't stop, causing Bluefur to go back to camp by herself, leaving Thistleclaw behind.
