Answer: Mighty Morphin Alien Rangers
Cestro was the second Blue Ranger ever featured in the American version of the series. He was the Blue Ranger from Aquitar. He was played by Karim Prince. He was the scientist of the team much like Billy was on the Earthbound team.
2. Rocky DeSantos

Played by Steve Cardenas, Rocky had been the second Red "Mighty Morphin" Ranger and when the team switched to the Zeo powers he became the Blue Ranger in place of Billy, who stepped down from being an active Ranger.
3. Justin Stewart

Peter Sudarso, who played the role of Preston, was the second person in his family to play a Blue Ranger, after his brother played the Blue "Dino Charge" Ranger.

Yoshi Sudarso played the character, who was a caveman from ancient times who was frozen in ice and revived in the show's present setting.

Played by David Yost, Billy was the original Blue Ranger and the only original member to last through all three seasons of "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers". He would leave the series during the "Zeo" season.

Played by Sally Martin, the character was an accomplished ninja before becoming a Power Ranger. She was the first female Blue Ranger in the series history.
