Vlad hired a team called Master's Blasters in order to shame Danny into hiding; the team was equipped with the latest teen technology. Danny fell for Vlad's evil plot thinking the town didn't need Danny Phantom anymore.

Near the end of the movie Vlad reveals that he isn't just Vlad Masters he is also Vlad Plasmius and wants the town to pay him a bunch of money to save the world. Of course, Vlad's plan fails miserably and he can never come back so at the end we see Tucker come up to a podium and say "as the youngest mayor in Amity Park history...!"

Danny and his friends went to the ghost zone for help but a blast from every ghost in the ghost zone made them come back - they basically reactivated them. Danny then says "Well gang, there's good news and bad news..." Saying his powers are good news and bad news.

After getting his powers back Danny thinks of a plan to save Earth. After Danny's plan works he becomes a legend and gets a really cool statue that stands in every capital of the world.

When Danny is getting ready to be on the news you here the news person say ". . which people are now calling the disasteroid." People called the asteroid this because they were going to die because of it.

Answer: He's "sitting on the sidelines" or not doing anything: he's just watching.

Danny was just sitting there watching instead of acting because he got rid of his powers. Sam, like most people, didn't like this so she told him off since no one else would.

In the beginning of the movie we see Vlad in space along with his satellite and he had just stolen the map of the ghost zone once again but luckily Danny showed up and stopped him. Vlad was so mad he ended up shooting ghost rays at the satellite and one of the ghost rays hit the fuel tank which eventually reached the fusion reactor, causing the satellite to explode which then drew the asteroid near the Earth.

Answer: If Danny's planet goes, then so does the Ghost Zone.

All the ghosts helped Danny out because they didn't want to be destroyed either and since the ghost zone is the flip side of Danny's world, if his is destroyed so is theirs. Danny didn't think they would help because he thought they didn't believe him but surprisingly they did help him.
