Tommy even had enough power for one more battle. The Thunderzords were never destroyed, so they never got repaired.

When Tommy heated up Turbenshell's insides, Zack used a hose to freeze Turbenshell's outsides. This made the monster lose its power, and the Thunder Megazord used the Thunder Saber to finish him off.
