When she makes a fist, she boils water. She finds out when she accidentally boils Lewis' drink in the episode "Pool Party". She often uses her power to dry herself off because it takes at least a few minutes to dry if she doesn't. In series two she also gets the power to set things on fire and control lightning.

Turning water into jelly, freezing water and changing the shape of water are the powers of Bella, Emma and Cleo.

Nate is the only one she didn't save.

She saved Elliot when he had a surf lesson. He was showing off and went in the water, while his surf instructor said he had to practice on land first. He wasn't ready and fell off his board. The instructor wasn't there, so Rikki saved him. She could've been discovered, since it was a public beach, but she thought that his life was more important than her secret.

Her second rescue was when Zane tried to break a surfing record. He fell off in the middle of the shark breeding ground. She saved him by boiling the water around him, so the sharks went away.

The last time she saved someone was when Will was diving. Zane wanted to see if Will was good enough to sponsor. Will pushed himself too hard and passed out. Rikki gave him air and helped him up. When he was back at the boat, he said that an angel saved him because that's how he remembered Rikki.

Rikki was also rescued herself once. When she was searching for a statue at the bottom of the ocean, the crate with the statue knocks her unconscious and Zane had to save her.

Answer: She loses control of her powers

She loses control of her powers. She sees the reflection of the moon in a glass of water. Then she wants ice cream and gets water on her hand in the fridge. It gets really hot in the room because Rikki's burning up. She starts boiling everything around her. She flees to Mako Island so she won't hurt anybody.

Emma gets rude and doesn't change back to normal when she's dry. That's a funny contrast with how she is normally. Cleo's a beautiful singer and attracts all the boys. Her father freaks out about that.

Answer: He stops his mermaid hunt

Ever since Emma saved him in "Shipwrecked" he's hunting the creature that saved him. In "Red Herring" he sees Emma swim out of the Lorelei wreck (luckily he doesn't recognize her) and tells everyone that a mermaid saved him, but no one believes him. Rikki goes after him and tell him that she will only be his girlfriend if he stops his mermaid hunt.

He doesn't know Rikki is a mermaid until the last episode, so he can't tell anyone and Rikki doesn't have to make him promise that.

Answer: Hook, Line and Sinker

In "Hook, Line and Sinker" they're stuck on a balcony together. After they're freed by Zane's father, they kiss in the elevator. They kiss in "Bad Moon Rising" too, but Rikki is moonstruck and isn't herself, so that kiss doesn't count. In "Red Herring" they become a couple.

She has to catch fish for some guy who says he works at the marine park. She discovers he doesn't work there and wants to take revenge. Collecting shells and fossils is Will's hobby.

Cleo moulds the statue with her powers and Bella hardens it with her powers. Zane gives her a new phone, which she said was exactly what she needed because her old phone was broken by some guy. She gets the crystal necklace from Will later in series three.

Somehow she controls the tentacle. When she says something, it listens to her. It didn't attack her. When Will walked in, it attacked him, but Rikki stopped it before it actually hit Will. Her powers do get stronger, not because she jumps in the pool, but from controlling the tentacle.

Answer: He kisses Sophie and Rikki sees that

After Will sets a new diving record, Sophie and Zane kiss. Rikki thinks Zane kissed Sophie, but Sophie is the one who kissed first. After the kiss Zane wipes of his mouth with his hand, which suggests he never wanted to kiss Sophie, but Rikki doesn't see that. After that she breaks up with him and leaves the café to get away from him.
