Redtail was the Thunderclan deputy and also Dustpaw's mentor, but he died in a battle against Riverclan. Bluestar, the leader of Thunderclan at the time, chose Lionheart as the new deputy and Darkstripe as Dustpaw's new mentor.

When Spottedleaf tried to stop Clawface from taking Frostfur's kits during a Shadowclan attack on Thunderclan, he murdered her for it. Most of Thunderclan thought it was Yellowfang who murdered Spottedleaf because she left the camp soon after Spottedleaf was killed, but Firepaw knew otherwise.

Answer: Brindleface

Fireheart's sister Princess gave her oldest kit (Cloudkit) to be raised in Thunderclan. Frostfur (a Thunderclan queen) gave Brindleface (another Thunderclan queen) Cloudkit to look after. Brindleface was hesitant at first but the kit would die without her so she reluctantly agreed. After a very short while, Brindleface loved and cared for Cloudkit as much as her own kits.

Answer: Yellowfang and Raggedstar

During the rogue attack Yellowfang trapped and blinded Brokenstar in her den. Fireheart urged Yellowfang to finish him off because of all the terrible things Brokenstar had done, but Yellowfang couldn't. She admitted to Fireheart that Brokenstar was her son. Yellowfang told Fireheart that she had been in a forbidden relationship with Raggedstar, and that they had three kits together. Two of them died, and only Brokenstar was left.

She says that Starclan's punishment to her wasn't that two of her kits had died, but that Brokenstar had lived.

Answer: Darkstripe, Longtail and Dustpelt

When Tigerclaw brought a band of rogues to attack Thunderclan and tried to kill Bluestar he was exiled (after Fireheart had also told the clan about the other horrible things he had done). He asked Darkstripe, Dustpelt, and Longtail, his biggest supporters, to come with him, but they all rejected him. Dustpelt was furious at him because Redtail was his first mentor and when he knew the truth about Tigerclaw he refused to go with him. Longtail said no to the offer because his loyalties lay with Thunderclan. Darkstripe declined and seemed to be hurt that Tigerclaw didn't tell him what he was planning, and for plotting with Brokentail.

Answer: Because he wanted to be with his kits and he wasn't trusted in Thunderclan anymore

RiverClan demanded Graystripe and Silverstream's kits to be in RiverClan because they would have if Silverstream didn't die. ThunderClan was prepared to fight for them, but to avoid a battle, Graystripe let RiverClan take them. He and Fireheart took his kits to Mistyfoot, Fireheart said that Graystripe should be with his kits. Graystripe agreed and surprised Fireheart by deciding to go with Mistyfoot to join RiverClan, leaving Fireheart brokenhearted, thinking he and Graystripe would never see each other again.

Answer: Halftail

When the forest was set on fire late in the dry summer, Patchpelt, Halftail and Bramblekit got left behind by mistake. Fireheart and Yellowfang went back for them, they found Patchpelt and Halftail lying unconcious in the Elder's Den. Firehart and Yellowfang were taking them up the ravine when Fireheart saw Bramblekit clinging to a sapling, trying not to slip into the fire.

As he rescued him a tree fell and rolled down the ravine, coming between Fireheart and Yellowfang.

Answer: By doing nothing and letting 'a traitor lead a bunch of traitors'

When the patrols found scraps of prey ,obviously hunted by dogs, Bluestar claimed that it was WindClan stealing prey from ThunderClan, and planned to attack them. The other cats knew that this wasn't true, and Fireheart tried to prevent the battle, even if it meant he had to disobey his leader and go against The Warrior Code.

He arranged a meeting between Bluestar and Tallstar, and the battle was averted, but Bluestar became angry with Fireheart and stated that he also betrayed her. She decided to punish him by doing nothing, saying "so there will be a traitor leading a bunch of traitors after I die".

Answer: Crookedstar

When Firestar received his leader name and his nine lives, the cats who gave them to him were: Lionheart who gave him 'Courage', Redtail who gave him 'Justice', Silverstream who gave him 'Loyalty', Runningwind who gave him 'Tireless Energy', Brindleface who gave him 'Protection', Swiftpaw who gave him 'Mentoring', Yellowfang who gave him 'Compassion', Spottedleaf who gave him 'Love', and Bluestar who gave him 'A life full of Nobility, Certainty and Faith'.

Answer: Bloodclan lost the battle and Lionclan became four clans again

After Scourge (leader of Bloodclan) killed Tigerstar, he gave all the clans three days to leave the forest or they would have to fight Bloodclan for it. Facing that danger, all four clans united and formed an alliance known as "Lionclan". The battle was won when Firestar killed Scourge. Without their leader, Bloodclan fled. With the forest back to normal, Lionclan became four clans again (Thunderclan, Riverclan, Shadowclan and Windclan).
