1. Who was Bluestar's mate in RiverClan?

Answer: Oakheart

Before "Into the Wild", Bluestar had three kits with Oakheart. She gave them to him to raise in RiverClan, so she could become deputy instead of Thistleclaw, who was very violent.

2. Who were Tigerstar's two mates?

Answer: Goldenflower and Sasha

Goldenflower was his mate in ThunderClan and their kits were Brambleclaw and Tawnypelt. He later mated with Sasha, a rogue, and had Mothwing, Hawkfrost, and Tadpole.

3. How many toms have had a crush on Squirrelflight? (There must be proof in the books)

Answer: Three

Three cats were known to like Squirrelflight at some point. In "Moonrise", Stormfur had a crush on her until he met Brook. Brambleclaw began to like her in "Starlight", but she refused to be mates with him unless he stopped being friendly with Hawkfrost. Ashfur started to become close to her, but in "Sunset" after Brambleclaw killed Hawkfrost, she left Ashfur to be with Brambleclaw.

4. I was in love with my Clan leader and we had three kits together, but my mate left the Clan to be a kittypet. Who am I? (story from "Code of the Clans")

Answer: Leopardfoot

Their story was in "Code of the Clans". Leopardfoot's mate was Pinestar, and one of their kits was Tigerkit, later to become Tigerstar. Pinestar announced he was leaving and Leopardfoot was astonished at how Pinestar could leave when he was leader and had kits in the Clan.

5. When kittypets mate with Clan cats, their blood mixes. At the end of "Sunrise", how many LIVING half-kittypet half-Clan cats are there in ThunderClan? (Only 1/2 kittypet, no other fractions)

Answer: eight

There are eight half kittypet cats in ThunderClan by the end of "Sunrise": Squirrelflight and Leafpool (Half kittypet by Firestar), Whitewing (Half kittypet by Cloudtail), Rosekit and Toadkit (Half kittypet by Daisy), and Briarkit, Bumblekit, and Blossomkit (Half kittypet by Millie).

6. Who is Tawnypelt's mate in ShadowClan whom she had three kits with? (The kits were born in "The Sight")

Answer: Rowanclaw

Hawkfrost is her half brother, and in RiverClan. Littlecloud is ShadowClan's medicine cat. Tawnypelt never showed any liking for Cedarheart, but Rowanclaw was her mate. Their kits are Flamepaw, Tigerpaw, and Dawnpaw.

7. All cats know relationships between Clans are forbidden, but they happen anyway sometimes. How many LIVING cats are there that have blood from at least two Clans at the end of "Sunrise"? (Not counting kittypet or rogue blood as a Clan) Hint: Remember SkyClan

Answer: Eleven

The living cats with multiple Clans in their blood by the end of "Sunrise" are: Stormfur and Mistyfoot (ThunderClan and RiverClan),
Mothwing, Brambleclaw, and Tawnypelt (ThunderClan and SkyClan - Tigerstar was a distant descendant of SkyClan),
Flamepaw, Dawnpaw, and Tigerpaw (ThunderClan, SkyClan, and ShadowClan),
and Hollyleaf, Jayfeather, and Lionblaze (WindClan and ThunderClan).

8. Who was Lizardstripe's mate? (Hint: Lizardstripe was Brokenkit's adoptive mother)

Answer: Mudclaw

This was revealed in "Field Guide: Secrets of the Clans", when Yellowfang spoke about Brokenkit's birth. She gave him to Lizardstripe, a queen, to nurse, and Raggedstar announced Brokenkit was his son. Lizardstripe replied, "Hah, toms can have kits now? If I had known that I would have made Mudclaw have these brats of mine himself."

9. My mate loved two other she-cats before me. We had one kit, who is a warrior now. I found out my mate also has kits in another Clan. Who am I?

Answer: Nightcloud

All of these cats' mates have kits in another Clan, but only one of their mates loved two other cats BEFORE them. The tom, of course, is Crowfeather! No surprise there. He DID have kits with Leafpool, but they had three kits, and he only loved one cat BEFORE her. But, he loved two cats before Nightcloud (Feathertail and Leafpool), they had one kit(Breezepelt), and she later found out that Crowfeather had kits in ThunderClan (Hollyleaf, Jayfeather, and Lionblaze).

10. I am a SkyClan cat. I died in a battle with the rats, but my mate had two kits. Who is my mate?

Answer: Petalnose

The cat speaking is Rainfur, and his mate was Petalnose. Their kits were Mintkit and Sagekit. Rainfur died in the battle against the rats because Sandstorm saved Firestar instead of him. This happened in "Firestar's Quest".
