Answer: Life of Brian

"Life of Brian" is a comedy about a person born in the same town and same time as Jesus who, when he grows to adulthood, is mistaken for the Messiah. At the beginning of the movie, the Three Kings mistakenly deliver the gifts meant for Jesus to a child named Brian who lives down the street from where Jesus was born.

After realizing their mistake, the Magi take the gifts back and take them to the real Messiah. The adult Brian later joins an anti Roman group and while being chased by Romans, poses as a street preacher and begins to be followed by a multitude of people who believe he is a savior.
