3. What shape is the earth?

Answer: Ellipsoid

The Earth is not a perfect sphere - it has a slightly larger southern hemisphere than northern hemisphere. As a result, the shape of the earth (called an oblate ellipsoid or an oblate spheroid) must be calculated with different fomulae representing different regions

4. Which of these words doesn't belong?
