The rule states that a third player who joins a fight receives a game misconduct and is ejected immediately. CAMPBELL was a hockey division. The MASTERTON (aka the Masterson) is a trophy awarded to the player who best exemplifies the qualities of perseverance and sportsmanship.

In the Friday the 13th movies, the killer is associated with wearing a HOCKEY MASK. And Don Rickles was famous for calling people a "HOCKEY PUCK."
