This song was composed by Jack Judge in 1912 when he was challenged by a friend to write a song in one night.

The shortest pub name is Q, situated on Market Street and the longest was The Old Thirteenth Cheshire Astley Volunteer Rifleman Corps Inn, situated on Astley Street. The Rifleman has since closed.
