Of course there is also a Mt.Olympus in Greece, but it´s a lot higher (2917 m.) This mountain in Cyprus was formerly called Mount Troodos. It´s by the way also the Greek name of a mountain in Turkey (Bursa province), in Turkish called Ulu Dag.

Answer: Madeira

This is a volcano on the (Portuguese) island of Madeira.
3. In what country/region is Dinara (1831 m.) the highest mountain?

Answer: Croatia

This mountain is in the Dinaric Alps. Some think Troglav (on the border to Bosnia-Herzegovina) is the biggest mountain in Croatia. But the highest peak of this mountain is actually in Bosnia-Herzegovina and not on the border.

Answer: Svalbard

Newtontoppen (or Mount Newton) is situated on east Spitsbergen, Svalbard. (Norwegian dependency).

This is in Riesengebirge (Czech: Krknose) on the border between Czech Republic and Poland.
