Okay, this was a mean one. But it could have been worse. I was tempted to organize the rivers by the dates on which their namesakes died. Yikes! Here are the lengths: Mackenzie 4241 km, Nelson 2575 km, Churchill 1609 km, and Fraser 1370 km. Both Mackenzie and Fraser were early Canadian explorers. (Information from "The Atlas of Canada".)

The Chao Phraya is 365km long, and flows through the center of Bangkok before reaching the Gulf of Thailand . Its name means River of Kings. Bangkok, interestingly enough, is usually translated as City of Angels.
