This Colorado River starts in northwestern Texas and winds southeast to the Gulf of Mexico. It is the 18th largest river in the United States and its drainage basin encompasses central Texas and parts of New Mexico.

The Murrumbidgee River is the second longest river in Australia, following the Murray River. The Lachlan is the fourth largest, located in New South Wales, and meets with the Murrumbidgee.

The Strait of Otranto also links the Adriatic and Ionian Seas. Croatia and Montenegro are separated from Italy by the Adriatic Sea and Malta is separated from Italy by the Mediterranean Sea.

The actual station is Davis, which belongs to Australia. Belgrano II, belonging to Argentina, was opened in 1979 as a replacement to the previous base. Captain Arturo Prat, belonging to Chile, opened in 1947, making it the oldest Chilean base. It was used as a naval base until 2006. McMurdo Station belongs to the US, was opened in 1956, and became a top research center from 1957-58.

St. Helena is a British overseas territory. Napoleon was exiled there from 1815 to 1821. It is west of Angola and Namibia and claims to be the second oldest British colony.

The Gulf of Aqaba cuts in between Saudi Arabia and the Sinai Peninsula. The Persian Gulf separates Iran from the Arabian Peninsula. The Gulf of Corinth separates most of the peninsula of Peloponnese from mainland Greece.

Answer: Nauru

Nauru was incorporated into German Marshall Islands after its annexation in 1888. It has split and gained independence since. Palau used to be part of the United States Trust Territory until its independence in 1984. Montserrat is a British Overseas Territory in the Caribbean, and Reunion is an overseas department of France in the Indian Ocean.
