1. Which is the largest city in Vorarlberg?

Answer: Dornbirn

Although Dornbirn is the largest city in Vorarlberg it is not its state capital - the capital of Vorarlberg is Bregenz.
2. Which famous writer once attended a boarding school in Feldkirch, Vorarlberg?

Answer: Sir Arthur Conan Doyle

Conan Doyle was a pupil at the Stella Matutina, a Jesuit boarding school. The school was closed by the Jesuits in 1977 and the building is now the Landeskonservatorium für Vorarlberg - a music school.
3. What is the name of the castle in Feldkirch?

Answer: Schattenburg

The Schattenburg was built by Hugo I of Montfort in the 12th century. Today the castle belongs to the city of Feldkirch and contains a museum and a restaurant. The restaurant is home to the "Schattenburg Schnitzel" - a Wiener Schnitzel big enough to take up an entire plate!
4. A Vorarlberg ticket will allow you to travel around the whole state using trains and buses. You can also travel to three other countries with this ticket. Which countries are these?

Piz Buin is one of the highest mountains in the Silvretta mountain range. the highest mountain of this range is Piz linard which is in the Swiss Alps. The Muttersberg is in Bludenz and the Karren in Dornbirn.
9. The world's biggest Rolls Royce museum is located in Vorarlberg. Where abouts is it?

Answer: Dornbirn

The museum opened in 1999 in the 150 year old building of a former spinning mill
10. There is a tower in Feldkirch named the 'Cat's Tower'

Answer: True

In German it's the Katzenturm. It was named of the cannons ('cats') that were stored there - nothing to do with the animal!
