Claudius's rule (AD 41-54) saw the conquest of Britain after it was invaded by 4 legions in AD 43. Although Julius Caesar (who was not an emperor) invaded Britain in 55 and 54 BC, no permanent Roman presence was established. In other words, he did not stay there.

6. I was a French army officer falsely accused and convicted of treason and sent to Devil's Island. I am:

Answer: Alfred Dreyfus

Alfred Dreyfus (1859-1935) was convicted of treason (spying for the Germans) in 1895 and sentenced to life imprisonment on Devil's Island. After a concerted campaign, he was pardoned and released in 1899 and exonerated by the French military in 1906.

He had been convicted largely on the basis of documents that had been tampered with, and the motivation for the charges and conviction was antisemitism. (When he was charged he was the only Jewish officer on the French General Staff).
7. 1984 saw all of the following, EXCEPT:

Answer: Space shuttle Challenger disaster

The space shuttle Challenger disintegrated 73 seconds after launch on January 28, 1986, killing all 7 crew. The cause was faulty O-rings. It was the first of two shuttle disasters, the other being Columbia in 2003.
8. Marco Polo had the wanderlust, but where was he born?

Answer: Venice, Italy

9. Who developed the improved seed drill?

Answer: Jethro Tull

10. Which 19th century US general was misquoted as saying 'The only good Indian is a dead indian'?

Answer: Philip Sheridan

Philip Sheridan (1831 - 1888) was involved in both the American Civil War and the later Indian Wars. It was during the latter that he was said to have been misquoted. What he actually was meant to have said was 'The only good Indians I ever saw were dead' (which isn't much better).
