The Missouri Compromise stated that Missouri would be a slave state, and Maine would be a free state. The reason it was a debate was because of the number of senators of free states and slave states would otherwise have been unequal.

They had both signed the Declaration of Independence, traditionally said to be have signed on July 4, 1776. They both died on July 4th. Ironic isn't it?

Answer: Only five people died

On March 5, 1770 American patriots "attacked" British officers with snowballs. The British soldiers eventually killed seven of the patriots.

He was the 34th president and was president January 20, 1953 - January 20, 1961.
