Answer: Treaty of Ghent

The Treaty of Ghent was signed by both sides after peace talks took place in the area that represents modern-day Belgium. The treaty brought peace and reset borders to the way they were right before the War of 1812 had begun.

Due to conflict in Darfur and ongoing issues between the two countries, a declaration of belligerence was declared which led Sudan to launch small attacks on Chad. In 2010, the two countries worked it out and decided to alternate border patrol on a six-month rotation of the disputed area in Darfur.

Martha Érika Alonso Hidalgo was the first female governor of Puebla at the time of her death. She was only ten days into her term when the crash took place. Her husband Rafael Moreno Valle Rosas served as the Puebla governor from February 2011 until January 2017. On March 27, 2020 it was revealed that due to a previous issue with the stability system, that helicopter should have never been used for the flight and was therefore the contributing cause of the crash.

The first performance was conducted by Giovanni Bottesini. "Aida" remains one of Verdi's most prolific works to this day and has become known as one of the greatest operas ever conceived.

The event referred to as the Italian Hall disaster, took place that night after someone shouted fire, when there was no fire. This resulted in a stampede of people attempting to exit the building down a steep stairway from the second floor all at once. 59 children were among the 73 casualties.

Many people believe that the event was purposely orchestrated because of union disputes, since the party was for families of the Western Federation of Miners.

On December 22, a few cadets convinced a guard to allow them to smuggle in whiskey for an eggnog party to be held on the 24th and 25th. The two cadets successfully smuggled in two gallons of whiskey and another managed to smuggle in a gallon of rum. On the night of the 24th, the party began, and by the next morning a drunken riot had broken out involving more than half of the barracks. Over 70 students were disciplined including over 20 courts-martial. Future Confederate president Jefferson Davis was involved in the riot but ultimately avoided a court-martial.
