1. Kopi luwak

Answer: Coffee

Kopi luwak is produced by utilizing coffee beans that have been partially digested and defecated by the Asian palm civet. Created primarily on the islands of Sumatra, Java, Bali and Sulawesi in Indonesia, kopi luwak is considered one of the most expensive coffees in the world with prices per pound in 2010 ranging from $100 to $500.
2. Cortado

The cortado originated in Spain and it consists of equal parts espresso and warm, steamed milk. Many variations of the cortado exist including the Cuban cortadito that features a 1 oz espresso shot and condensed milk, the Australian piccolo that includes ristretto and steamed milk, and the Portuguese galao that has three times as much steamed milk as espresso.
3. Darjeeling

Led by Archibald Campbell, tea planting began in the Darjeeling district of India in 1841. While first classified as a black tea, Darjeeling tea can also be classified as oolong tea due to the withering of leaves in the production process and as green or white tea based on blends and oxidation levels. Darjeeling tea is often golden-colored, light-bodied, and with a fruity aroma.
4. Robusta

Robusta coffee beans originated in Central Africa and in 2017 they accounted for 40% for global coffee production. Widely used in espresso and instant coffee, robusta beans are between 1.7% and 4% caffeine. In 2017 Vietnam was the leading producer of robusta coffee at 40% of global production while Brazil ranked second at 25%.
5. Genmaicha

Green tea was first introduced to Japan in the early 9th century by Buddhist monks and it quickly became a favorite drink of the Japanese imperial family. Genmaicha is made by adding roasted brown rice to green tea. Interestingly genmaicha was originally drunk mostly by the less privileged as the rice was considered a filler.
6. Masala chai

In many European and Asian languages chai is the word used to describe tea in general. A masala chai is comprised of black tea and a variety of Indian spices and herbs including cinnamon sticks, cloves, ginger, peppercorn, and green cardamom.
7. Rooibos

Meaning red bush in Afrikaans, rooibos leaves have been used to make herbal teas in South Africa since 1930. Rooibos tea has large quantities of antioxidants and it is believed to have many health benefits including lowering blood pressure and reducing allergies.
8. Doppio

A Doppio is a double shot of espresso traditionally served in a demitasse cup. Often called a standard double, a Doppio is the espresso quantity (60 ml) most often used in barista competitions.
9. Chamomile

Answer: Tea

Chamomile is a flowering plant in the daisy family with two species (German and Roman) that are commonly used as herbal infusions. Chamomile tea consists of dried flowers and hot water and it is a popular drink in Mexico where it is called a manzanilla.
10. Arabica

Arabica coffee beans represent 60% of global coffee production. Although endemic to Yemen and Ethiopia, arabica beans are commonly harvested throughout much of Latin America, China, Southeast Asia, the Caribbean, and the Pacific. Arabica beans are made up of between 0.8% and 1.4% caffeine.
