Eponine's first real line of the musical. Although we saw her as a small child in "Master of the House" she never actully said anything. She was telling Marius where he could find her. I always felt that if Marius had not bumped into Cosette he would have hooked up with Eponine.

Answer: Javert

Javert does not realize that the man attacked was Valjean, and he escapes before this is noticed. Marius has bumped into Cosette and when he sees that she left with Valjean he goes after her. Thenardier, who attacked Valjean, askes to leave and tells Javert that Valjean has a brand on his chest.

Gavoroche is one of the coolest characters in the whole musical. It is just so sad when he dies at the battle. I like how he thinks he is running the town. He is the youngest of the students at the barricade. He is also the one who reveals Javert when he is trying to spy for the other side and lie to the students.
