These lyrics are from Alan Menken's "Little Shop of Horrors", a musical about a young shophand by the name of Seymour Krelborn who raises a human flesh-eating Venus Fly Trap in secrecy inside Mushnik's Skid Row Florists where he works. The musical was quite successful and, based upon the 1960 low-budget film of the same name, has inspired many adaptations including a 1982 film directed by Frank Oz as well as several Broadway Revivals!

Answer: Hello, Dolly!

Sung by Carol Channing, the words appear in the title song of Jerry Herman's magnum opus, "Hello, Dolly!". In this scene, Dolly Levi returns to Harmonia Gardens, the high-class restaurant at which her fond memories of "way back when" with her late husband were created.
