This is sung by Mark. Mark is the struggling film maker whose girlfriend recently left him for another woman.

This lyric is performed by Roger. Roger is the poor song writter with AIDS. His girlfriend slit her wrists leaving a note that said only "We have AIDS".

Now he owns it and is demanding rent.
