1. What is Cymbeline's demeanor at the opening of the play?

Answer: Angry

The first line of the play is 'You do not meet a man but frowns.' The Queen says to Posthumus 'Marry yet The fire of rage is in him'. And Cymbeline's angry first entrance confirms what has been spoken before.
2. Which of the following characters would be considered 'the odd one out' in relation to Cymbeline?

Answer: Cloten

The other three characters are his natural born children. Cloten would be Cymbeline's step-son.
3. Which of the following characters is of Italian descent?

Answer: Iachimo

Iachimo is the only definite Italian. We do not know directly what is Cornelius' place of origin (probably Brit). Cymbeline is a Brit. Posthumus is born in Britain as is told in the opening scene, but his Father could be a Roman.

Answer: His father died before his birth.

It was a Roman custom to name children born after the death of their natural born fathers 'Posthumus'. The first scene explains this.
