Henry Grey, Marques of Dorset, later Duke of Suffolk, was born January 17th 1515. He married Frances Brandon. They had three daughters Jane, Katherine and Mary. He made the mistake of participating in the Thomas Wyatt Revolt causing him to lose his head on February 23, 1554.

Even with four husbands under her belt, Queen Katherine Parr had a single child: Mary Seymour. Following her mother's death Mary was sent to The Dowager Duchess Katherine of Suffolk's household. When her father Thomas Seymour was attainted she became penniless and orphaned. History does not record what happened to her after these events.

Lord Guilford Dudley was the son of John Dudley Duke of Northumberland and brother of Robert Earl of Leicester. History records that Guilford was what is known as a mother's boy. He was executed on February 12, 1554 after the failed attempt by Thomas Wyatt to place Elizabeth on the throne.

Quickly she mustered her armies along with the mutinied officers of Northumberland's armies. She married Philip II of Spain but never had children. She died November 17, 1558 after a five year reign without Philip by her side.
