Answer: Supreme Wizard to the Court of Malacan di Sandorius

2. Before receiving the book, which contained the legendary Sankara Amulet, to write about his journey, when was the last time Septimus Agorius had seen the amulet?

Answer: The Battle of Carnverion

The Battle of Carnverion took place about 100 years ago (from when the journey first was written). The amulet was stored at the back of the book, in a secret compartment. Both the book and the amulet were never to leave his side.
3. What color does the amulet glow?

Answer: Turquoise

The amulet has a turquoise stone that is retained in an ornate metal brace.
4. Who was Amelah?

Answer: A stowaway girl

Amelah was a 16 year-old stowaway girl, who was discovered on one of the ships long after the ships were out at sea.
5. What was the name of the ship that was caught in the whirlpool in the Pharamond Sea?

Answer: The Verana

The Verana's oarsmen tried in vain to pull the ship out the whirlpool; sadly all were lost.
6. Who was Ganzicus?

Answer: Septimus' former apprentice

King Malacan di Sandorius sent Ganzicus into exile for practicing dark magic as an apprentice to Septimus.
7. Where did Ganzicus live?

Answer: Arken Island

Ganzicus lived on Arken Island as part of his exile, a small island mostly made up of rocky cliffs.
8. What did Septimus say was "a natural geological formation of outstanding scale and grandeur?"

Answer: Gordacas Canyon

The Gordacas Canyon is where a farmer, by the name of Varien, had indicated was the dragon that attacked his village.
9. Once in the "natural geological formation" they were attacked. What had attacked them?

Answer: Dragonets

One man was attacked by a Dragonet (tiny aggressive dragons noted for being in swarms). A few minutes later the whole group was attacked by Dragonets. The next day they found and encountered the two-head dragon known as the Beast of Gremaranca.
10. The following day someone woke Septimus to tell him that they had "felt a voice!" Who said, "I felt a voice! I felt a voice!"?

Answer: Amaleh

Amaleh is a mysterious girl, but by now Septimus believed that she might be sorceress. Septimus tried to correct her but she insisted that she had felt the voice; that voice she felt was that of Captain Archemon. He stole the Amulet so he could use it to inform Ganzicus of the journey.
11. After Captain Archemon was arrested for treason against the King's court he escaped. How did he escape trial?

Answer: Jumped off a cliff

He jumped off a cliff. The guards did every little to stop him. He was a dead man after all.
12. After traveling through the Archipelago of Denisarnda and landing ashore in Brooke's Bay in the Southern Kingdom, they knew that they were about to meet the same dragon that had attacked them in archipelago. Septimus took a crossbow with the intent to kill the dragon. Where did Septimus shoot the dragon, killing it?

Answer: In the mouth

Septimus waited for just the right angle and fired the crossbow, striking the dragon in the roof of the mouth, which penetrated far enough to hit the dragon's brain, killing it. The King's warriors were not about to let the dragon's carcass go to waste. After the ships were unloaded, the ship's crew feasted on dragon steaks.
13. Although the dragons are under the spell of evil, Septimus managed to reverse the spell of one dragon called Gorlenah. Gorlenah accompanied Septimus' group and was later, by a Captain's suggestion, to have a rider. Who becomes the dragon rider for Gorlenah?

Answer: Kronson

Captain Kronson made the suggestion to Septimus and was able to control Gorlenah in flight.
14. At the castle in Villiandra, Septimus defeated his former apprentice freeing him from the demonic controls of that which he practiced, by releasing the very spirit of evil. What is the name of that spirit?

Answer: The Dark Dragon of Demonica

The Dark Dragon of Demonica is evil at its finest. It was actually Amaleh who defeated Ganzicus, but Septimus had distracted Ganzicus long enough for Amaleh to finish what Septimus had started.
15. In the book, a page was removed from the original text. What was believed to be on that missing page?

Answer: Instructions from Wizard to apprentice, or the rising of Demonica

The missing page is believed to be instructions from a Wizard to his young apprentice. But still others think it's about the rising of Demonica. While you read the book pay close attention the bound portions of the pages you will see the remainder of the missing page. Also in the Publisher's Note the missing page is mentioned.
