9. Roderick buried his sister alive.

Answer: True

Madline suffered from a disease which made her limbs stiffen. She had been ill for a long time, and during the narrator's visit Roderick informed him that Madeline was dead. It turns out that Madeline was not really dead, and had spent a week alive in her coffin.
10. What happened in the closing stage of the story?

Answer: All of these

While the narrator was reading "The Mad Trist", the door to the room swung open, and Madeline appeared in the doorway. She had been entombed for a week and had blood on her clothes. She ran at Roderick, who collapsed. Then the house began to crumble. The narrator escaped and watched as the House of Usher fell.
