1. Most know Viggo Mortensen as Aragorn from "The Lord of the Rings" trilogy but the man has been acting for over fifteen years. In 1985 Viggo appeared along with Harrison Ford in his first major motion picture. What film was it?

Viggo Mortensen also had parts in 1984's "Swing Shift" starring Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn and in 1985 in Woody Allen's "The Purple Rose of Cairo", but his scenes were later deleted. Viggo is more than just a pretty face and talented actor. He is a talented man in many other areas.

Some of his photographs and paintings have been showcased at galleries around the world. In 1998's "A Perfect Murder" much of the artwork in the character David Shaw's loft were created by Viggo Mortensen himself. In 2003 he released his latest CD entitled "Pandemoniumfromamerica" in collaboration with Buckethead and appearances by Elijah Wood, Dominic Monoghan, Billy Boyd (fellow "Lord of the Rings" cast mates) and his son Henry.
