Pablo Escobar [immensely powerful Columbian drug dealer] tells George that Diego is an annoyance because of his addiction to stealing cars and always needing Pablo's influence to get him out of jail. Pablo wants to deal with George only, but George declines this request because Diego is his partner, and his soul reason for even being there.

This is a reference to the Emerson, Lake and Palmer song "Lucky Man". The speech said by George in the last scene of the movie is very deep and emotional.
