1. "Go on love, it's been waiting 10 years after all."

Ray says this to Brian when he is upset and hurrying down the stairs after he has just seen Christina. She had cut her hair so he couldn't use her to model anymore.

When they did, Ray always came out second best which is probably why he was so nervous about Phil competing. Ray kept glancing over at him throughout the competition, wary of what Phil was going to create.
