You can tell that he was fishing because he came back to his car holding a fish and wearing fishing clothes. Foster had put a dummy holding a radar gun in his car to make it look like he was working. The speeder was really Mac, another State Trooper, in disguise.

Mac was playing a prank on the other highway cops by pretending to be a speeder. When they chased him into a bar and found out it was really Mac, they got the idea to pretend Mac had shot the cops and that he was going to take their police car (with the college boys in it) to Mexico.

When Thorny and Rabbit pulled the college boys over, Thorny asked Rabbit if he smelled anything to try and scare the boys. Rabbit sniffed the air and replied "Fear". This was before they showed the college boys that they had found their bag of marijuana.

Farva tells Thorny this when they are in Dimpus Burger, right before Farva attacks the employee for poking a hole in his drink. When Thorny said he'd still pull Farva over, Farva replied that he'd make his car wings and fly away. I suppose that since they were highway cops, the first thing they would want to buy would be a car.

The highway cops must have thought that since the German man knew another language, he would know Arabian as well. O'Hagan later found them and was annoyed that they had let the German man out of his cell and that Farva had attacked the Dimpus Burger employee.

Answer: Bullet-proof cup

The bullet-proof cup was like an athletic cup or jockstrap, only made out of metal. As Foster told Thorny his plan, Thorny shot at Mac with his gun to test their invention. Mac decided to try it on naked and test it that way.

Answer: Rabbit

Rabbit, played by Erik Stolhanske, had to pretend to make love to a bear in order to distract the local police, while Thorny and Foster snuck into the station and stole the Winnebago.

Answer: Antsy in their pantsy

O'Hagan said this to Grady towards the beginning, when the local police and the state troopers almost got in a fight at the diner. O'Hagan apologized to Grady for the fight.

Answer: Changing their names midway through a conversation to confuse people they pulled over

Foster and Mac played the repeat game and the meow game, while Mac pretended to steal the car and drive to Mexico with the three college boys in the back. There were many more pranks throughout the movie that the other cops pulled.
