At the end of the movie, after Prince Humperdinck has been defeated, Fezzik shows up with four white horses. Inigo congratulates him on his good work.

Vizzini, Fezzik and Inigo have taken Buttercup captive and are sailing towards the Cliffs of Insanity. As they sail, Inigo keeps looking behind them. Vizzini, annoyed, asks him why.

Fezzik and Inigo hear Westley's scream in the village - the sound of ultimate suffering - and follow it to the grove where the secret entrance to the Pit of Despair is.
